Workout Goals

Below are links to my weekly workout goals, followed by what I actually accomplished for that week! Accountability, yay!

Goals: Week of May 28th 


  • Monday: Off for Memorial Day
  • Tuesday: Boot camp
  • Wednesday: Heavy leg workout
  • Thursday: Boot camp
  • Friday: Off
  • Saturday: Walk w/ husband
  • Sunday: Off
  • Overall: Hmmm, only hit half of my goals this week, but I’m not going to beat myself up about it. I am a work in progress 🙂

Goals: Week of June 4th


  • Monday: Boot camp (weight + cardio day)
  • Tuesday: Boot camp (cardio day)
  • Wednesday: Off
  • Thursday: Boot camp (weight + cardio day)
  • Friday: Gym – Heavy legs
  • Saturday: Off
  • Sunday: Off
  • Overall: Fairly good week! Wednesday was pouring down rain, so I opted to sit inside with hubby and watch Downton Abbey all night, and Saturday/Sunday I was SO SORE from my leg workout Friday!
